In accordance with Section 152 of the Municipal Code of Québec, SPECIAL NOTICE is hereby given by Ms. Kim Lesage, Director General and Clerk-Treasurer, that a special sitting of the Council of Mayors of the MRC Pontiac is convened and to be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 1 pm at the Elsie Gibbons room at the MRC Pontiac offices, and where will be considered the following items:
- Opening and attendance
- Declaration of conformity of the notice of convocation (CM 153)
- Recording of the sitting
- Declaration – use of the language of your choice
- Statement by the Warden – decorum
- Reading and adoption of the agenda
- Declaration of interest or conflict
- Public question period
- By-Law 294-2024 – By-Law concerning the declaration of jurisdiction by the MRC of Pontiac with respect to part of the management of residual materials for all municipalities on its territory (selective collection of certain recyclable materials)
- Closing
